REDESIGNED APPEARANCE – The HT-1000R introduces a redesigned exterior featuring enlarged windows and integrated LED lighting for dramatically improved internal visibility.
EASY OPERATION – The HT-1000R performs automated changeovers by inputting size information in the 15-inch control panel.Using the optional code reader, HT-1000R can set up both variable thickness and format changeovers on the fly.
HIGH PRODUCTIVITY – Maximum cycle speed is 1,000 cycles per hour. Multiple books can be stacked and cut together improving productivity. There is no need to replace cutting plates during variable format book production, making it perfect for book-of-one production.
SMART BINDING SYSTEM CONFIGURATION – HT-1000R can connect to Horizon perfect binders for efficient inline production. It can also configure Smart Binding Systems covering high-mix and low-volume digital jobs.
iCE LINK CONNECTABLE – The system can be enhanced with an automated workflow from upstream to post-press with iCE LiNK, which uses cloud technology, Horizon's post-press management system.
